IT’S ALWAYS NICE IN THE VALE
Vale Brewing was founded as the McLaren Vale Beer Company in 2008. It was the brainchild of a bunch of partners who were passionate about beer and ‘the Vale’, South Australia’s utopia of vines and surf.
The iconic six-dot Vale logo has paid homage to our home amongst the grapevines. It’s a boldly graphic look, easy to spot in a crowd. All hail the Vale!
In 2008 we launched our flagship Vale Ale, a name that rolls off the tongue as easily as the beer slides down at knock-off time. Over the years we’ve added to the Vale family in our style of easy-drinking craft. We’re dedicated to brewing award-winning beers that beer lovers return to. Beers that hit the spot, time and again. Nice.

Jeff Wright
Jeff has been a key member of the Vale Brewing team since 2011 and is highly respected within the Australian brewing community. Known for producing award-winning beers, he has been a driving force in the Craft Beer movement since joining Vale.
Today, Jeff has brought together a skilled team of brewers who share his passion for Craft Beer and the ever-evolving Australian beer scene. Together, they continue to innovate and expand Vale Brewing’s portfolio, always maintaining a focus on quality and creativity in every brew.
At Vale, we’re a close-knit group united by a love for all things beer. From the brewers to the support staff, everyone here is dedicated to crafting exceptional beers that reflect our shared passion and commitment to excellence.
