OUR BREWERY
We are a 100% Australian owned brewery. Our brewing facility located 30 minutes from the Adelaide CBD, is ideally positioned with easy access to all major transportation routes, both domestic and international.
Built and designed by DME, a world leader in brewing equipment technology, the Vale brewery is a completely independent contract brewery.
Our production floor has 400hL of fermentation vessel capacity. This is comprised of 4 X 100hL capacity stainless steel tanks. We house 1 X Bright beer tank which holds up to 100h.
The tank capacity is complemented by a 35hL brewhouse which consistently produces high quality, large volume batches of beer.
